Our Retreats are for all levels of yoga practicioners
Our retreats are held three times a year and have a duration of one week. Louise Hanley, our instructor, has 17 years of teaching experience and can help you to realize your potential. Due our our small class size all levels can be accommodated and classes can be customized to suit any group. Our focus on alignment protects participant's safety. and the use of props can expand participants' practice. Retreats are limited currently to 6 participants to maximize the teaching experience for all participants. Please contact us to find out when our next exciting retreat is taking place.
Our yoga retreats include 2 daily classes, 1 optional daily meditation, 1 daily bonus learning module, accommodation and food for the week. There is one day off for optional trips. Please bring your own mat. Props will be provided
